Take that moment for yourself. It's that 2 minute coffee break early in the morning before all awaken. It's that 2 minutes you stand still waiting for the traffic light to change. It's that 2 minutes before walking into your day. Just breathe.
Let me guide you through a new found awareness of yourself and all you are capable of. Through the flow of movements, mobility stretches to help strengthen joints and specific stretches that are designed to fit your everyday needs, you will quickly see that this is "No Ordinary Yoga". This is when we tell ourselves, "Never Give Up" and realize, "Oh Yea! We Got This!"
